Bell’s Java Stout
Java Stout uses a custom blend of coffee beans, roasted locally for Bell’s by Water Street Coffee Joint, to generate its intense flavor. Possessing an unmistakable aromatic punch, Java Stout has long been one of Bell’s most popular stouts. Alcohol by Volume:  7.5%  Original Gravity:  1.075

 

Big Boss Hell’s Belle
Hell’s Belle is a subtle but complex ale that is meant to be a showcase for Big Boss’s favorite Belgian yeast and beautiful Belgian malts.  These elements produce a clean, spicy citrus finish.  Hell’s Belle remains light and regreshing but still packs a 7% finish.  Pairs well with creamy pasta dishes and spicy foods like Indian and Thai dishes.   ABV 7.0%/ IBU 30

 

Bell’s Amber Ale
Bell’s flagship beer is made from mostly pale malt with some Munich and caramel malts.  This gives it a slightly sweet flavor that is balanced by a melange of American hops.  The result is a deep copper color and rich flavor.  Bell’s Amber Ale is great on its own or paired with food.  Alcohol by Volume:  5.8%  Original Gravity:  1.056

 

The Bruery Rugbrod
Meaning “rye bread” in Danish, the Bruery took its inspiration for this beer from the Danes’ staple dark, whole-grain rye bread.  Brewed with three types of rye malt, this robust brown ale showcases the earthy, spicy character of the grain, complemented by the bready, nutty barley malts and a hint of rast.  Loosely based on the Scandinavian Christmas beer of “Julebryg” tradition, this beer is perfect for teh colder weather of winter, although it is availabe year-round.  Pairs well with salami, pastrami and other spicy cured meats, dry rubbed brisket and wild game.  Also pairs with cheeses such as gouda, gruyere, nutty sheeps-milk cheeses, and Swiss-style cheese like emmetal or comte.  ABV 8.0%  IBU:  30

 

Foothills Brewery Seeing Double IPA
Foothills’ first high gracity beer.  The high level of bitterness in seeing double is well balanced with just enough malt character to craft a highly drinkable double IPA.  Expect  full body and a hint of citrus from the variety of hops added to this brew.  ABV 9.5%  IBU:  126

 

 

Stoudts Gold Lager
Stoudt’s Gold Lager is widely recognized as one of the finest German-style beers brewed in America.  Brewed with the fienst specialty malts and noble hops, this light bodied, easy drinking lager featyres a subtle balance of sweet malt and clean crisp hops.  Pairs well with roasted chicken and fish.  ABV: 4.7%  IBU:  25
